Short description: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Expert Customer Master Data (w/m/d) to lead the global design and implementation of customer master data processes across ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. 

This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of data governance, data migration, data quality standards, and compliance to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in master data management within multinational corporations, focusing on harmonization, standardization, and migration of customer data.
 

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement global customer master data processes within SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce CRM, and other enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements.
• Serve as a functional consultant for customer master data, collaborating with Finance, Sales, IT, and Enterprise Master Data teams to develop and enforce global customer data governance policies.
• Lead SAP customer data migration efforts, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of customer data and related data objects across our systems.
• Integrate customer master data with Salesforce CRM and Oracle CPQ, facilitating seamless data flow between CRM and ERP platforms.
• Provide expertise on customer data structures, hierarchies, and regulatory requirements in a multinational setting.
• Drive initiatives for data harmonization, standardization, and automation of customer data.
• Define and enforce data quality standards, working closely with business units to enhance customer data management.
   

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of experience in master data management, with a focus on Customer Master Data.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Customer Master Data and Business Partner management is mandatory.
• Proven experience with Salesforce CRM and its integration with SAP.
• Knowledge of SAP data migration processes and tools (e.g. Syniti /SAP ADMM) is desirable.
• Experience working in multinational corporations and handling global customer data.
• Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance related to customer data.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, IT, and Operations teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Computer/Data Science, or other relevant education.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
