Service Engineer - CMM Machines

Summary

Are you hands-on, technically skilled, and passionate about solving problems on the spot? We’re looking for a Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades for our CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) across client sites. If you enjoy working directly with customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring machines run smoothly, this role offers challenge, variety, and impact.

Job Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair CMM machines at client sites
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct laser mapping, calibration, and retrofitting of machines
  • Deliver internal technical trainings and support to service staff
  • Cooperate with sales, service, and application teams to ensure high-quality support
  • Prepare clear service reports and ensure accurate documentation in sMax

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in technical service or enterprise tech support
  • Knowledge of CNC or CMM machinery (experience is a big plus)
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong customer orientation
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office; sMax experience is an advantage
  • Fluent Polish and communicative English
