Account Manager - Automotive (North EMEA) (m/f/d)

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive growth and manage major automotive accounts in North EMEA. This role requires a strategic, results-driven professional with a strong network in the industry. You’ll be responsible for building long-term customer relationships, expanding sales, and identifying new business opportunities. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage up to 8 key automotive accounts, focusing on relationship-building and business expansion.
  • Identify customer pain points and investment plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to promote Hexagon’s full product portfolio.
  • Build and maintain relationships at all levels within customer organizations, from executives to operational teams.
  • Conduct in-depth process analysis to provide tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with regional and product teams to ensure customer success.
  • Frequent travel (up to 60%) to meet with clients across the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in the automotive sector.
  • Strong industry network and proven ability to develop and close large deals.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
