Job Responsibilities
- Manage up to 8 key automotive accounts, focusing on relationship-building and business expansion.
- Identify customer pain points and investment plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to promote Hexagon’s full product portfolio.
- Build and maintain relationships at all levels within customer organizations, from executives to operational teams.
- Conduct in-depth process analysis to provide tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
- Collaborate with regional and product teams to ensure customer success.
- Frequent travel (up to 60%) to meet with clients across the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in the automotive sector.
- Strong industry network and proven ability to develop and close large deals.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
