Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence business area is seeking a Channel Operations Manager to join our team. This is a remote position based in the United States.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Channel Operations Manager to oversee and elevate the operational performance of our channel partner program.

The Channel Operations Manager serves as the backbone of our channel partner program, ensuring every process—from onboarding to performance tracking—runs smoothly and efficiently. This role blends strategic thinking with operational excellence to help build a best-in-class partner experience that supports both short-term wins and long-term growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the day-to-day operations of our channel partner program, ensuring seamless collaboration and scalable processes.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to align channel operations with company goals and ensure flawless execution.
  • Lead partner onboarding, managing applications, due diligence, agreements, and system setup to deliver a smooth start for every partner.
  • Be the go-to contact for channel partners—resolving issues, guiding them through tools and processes, and building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Drive partner success by ensuring effective use of partner portals, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
  • Track and analyze KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support quarterly and annual business reviews with actionable data and insights that help partners and internal teams make informed decisions.
  • Continuously refine channel processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and partner satisfaction.
  • Maintain awareness of channel best practices and emerging technologies and introduce innovative approaches to engagement and operations.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in channel operations, partner management, or related roles—ideally in tech, manufacturing, or hardware/software industries.

  • Deep understanding of channel partner programs, lifecycle management, and operational excellence.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on collaboration and transparency.

  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using data to drive decisions and improve performance.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms.

  • Knowledge of contract management and compliance within a partner ecosystem.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-moving environments.

  • A self-starter who loves solving problems, improving processes, and driving measurable results.

Work Environment

This is a remote position based in the United States. Work is primarily performed using standard office equipment such as a computer, telephone, printer/copier, etc. Vision and manual dexterity are required for extended use of keyboard and screen. Frequent communication is required for collaboration and reporting.
Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or training.
