Senior Project and Operations Manager - EMEA North

Summary

We are hiring a Senior Project & Services Operations Manager to lead operational transformation and project execution across the EMEA North region. This role is central to driving a metrics-driven, revenue-focused services organization, with clear accountability across teams. It combines process governance with project leadership, ensuring that our services function is predictable, scalable, and commercially aligned.

Job Responsibilities

1. Operational Process Leadership & Governance

• Design, implement, and govern core services processes across EMEA North, in alignment with the Global 
Services PMO.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, IT, and Finance to enable accurate 
forecasting, effective backlog management, and revenue planning.
• Embed a culture of performance and accountability, where every service activity is tracked, measured, and 
aligned to revenue outcomes.
• Lead governance frameworks that monitor and improve:
o Service engineering utilization
o Revenue realization and backlog conversion
o Forecast accuracy (short-, mid-, and long-term)
o Project delivery KPIs and milestones
• Ensure data consistency and system alignment across platforms (Salesforce, ERP, etc.), enabling clear 
visibility into regional service performance.


2. Regional PMO Leadership & Complex Project Execution

• Establish and lead the EMEA North Services PMO, in line with global methodologies and tools.
• Own execution oversight of all Tier 1, Complex, and Enterprise-level service projects in the region — with full 
accountability for timeline, cost, resource deployment, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive disciplined project governance, leveraging structured reporting, milestone tracking, and risk 
management practices.
• Foster close collaboration with Regional Services Managers, Engineering, Key Account teams, and crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence

Qualifications

Engineering Expertise in Metrology

• Strong technical foundation in engineering with specialized experience in metrology, precision measurement systems, and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to apply metrology principles to enhance service delivery accuracy, project execution, and operational efficiency.

 

Industry Experience: Automotive, Aerospace, Medical & Defence

• Proven experience working within highly regulated and technically demanding sectors, including automotive, aerospace, Medical and defence.
• Deep understanding of sector-specific compliance, safety standards, and customer expectations.

 

Project & Program Management

• Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder service projects across the EMEA region.
• Skilled in project governance, milestone tracking, and risk management, particularly in high-stakes environments.

 

Operational Excellence & Process Governance

• Expertise in designing and governing scalable service delivery processes aligned with global PMO standards.
• Experience driving operational transformation and embedding performance-driven cultures.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Adept at partnering with Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, IT, and Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, backlog management, and revenue planning.
• Strong ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward shared commercial and operational goals.

 

Data-Driven Leadership

• Proficient in leveraging KPIs and analytics to drive service performance, including utilization, backlog conversion, and revenue realization.
• Familiar with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and ERP systems for data consistency and reporting.

 

Strategic & Commercial Acumen

• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on aligning service operations to revenue outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Experience leading regional PMO functions and managing Tier 1 and enterprise-level projects with full accountability.

 

Strong Communication & Leadership

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
