Global Training Specialist - Stationary Metrology (f/m/d)

Summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is looking for a Global Training Specialist to support our customer-facing learning management system and help shape global training content for Stationary Metrology. This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys working with systems, coordinating across countries, and turning technical content into clear, consistent learning material.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain the customer-facing LMS, including troubleshooting user issues and working with the vendor on updates and fixes.
  • Review, upload and maintain course content, e-learning modules, audience assignments and assessment scoring.
  • Test LMS enhancements and validate course delivery to help ensure a reliable learner experience.
  • Analyse usage, completion and learner feedback data to support continuous improvement.
  • Work with course owners and content developers to create new training material and update existing content.
  • Act as a European focal point for global training initiatives, including translations, coordination with regional teams and content deployment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in LMS administration, training coordination, learning content development or a similar role.
  • Background in metrology, technical training, engineering or another industrial environment is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to different audiences.
  • Strong organisation, coordination and project management skills.
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and countries.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related content or media tools.
