Software Engineer (f/m/d)

Summary

We’re looking for a versatile Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Graz. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple technologies and taking ownership of infrastructure and product support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate motivation, curiosity, and a willingness to grow and will have passion for collaborative work and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

•    Software development focused on existing products, especially series support (maintenance and further development of deployed software) as part of an interdisciplinary team
•    Maintenance of existing software products and continuous integration toolchains
•    Significant responsibility in infrastructure management, particularly build systems and Continuous Integration (CI) tools and services.
•    Contribution to the continuous improvement of the software quality
•    Documentation of software features for internal and external customers
•    Troubleshooting and analysis in case of incidents with customer-deployed products.
•    Occasional customizations or feature extensions based on customer needs.

Qualifications

•    University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
•    Experience as software developer for MS Windows desktop applications in an industrial environment
•    Strong development skills in a major object oriented or functional progamming language such as C#, Java, Python, C++, or Scala combined with the motivation to extend your development skills towards new programming languages
•    Previous working experience in Agile Teams is a plus
•    Experience with build systems and continuous integration infrastructure
•    Open-minded team-player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
•    Fluent in German and English
