Summary
The Support & Service function in France is a key driver of customer satisfaction and business performance within Hexagon’s Production Software Division. As Senior Manager Support & Service France, you will lead regional support and service operations, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with global standards while addressing local requirements.
Acting as a profit center, the department identifies opportunities to create value through tailored services, process optimization, and upselling initiatives. Acting at the interface between local teams and global functions, you will contribute to operational excellence, customer success, and business growth.
This position may be based near one of our offices in Charnay-lès-Mâcon (71), Saint-Priest (69), or Montreuil (93), and offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement. The role also involves some travel, and therefore requires flexibility.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing regional Support & Service team, leveraging synergies across regional and global structures.
- Promote effective collaboration within the team and with internal/external stakeholders to ensure scalability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with relevant units to optimise delivery processes and support business expansion.
- Take strategic responsibility for products, concepts, solutions, and services with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Global Support & Services (Governance) to align regional initiatives with global strategies and standards.
- Position the Support & Service department as a profit center by identifying opportunities for value creation and process optimisation.
- Drive upselling initiatives by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and growth.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience leading teams and projects in Support & Service functions.
- Extensive practical experience in customer contact and service delivery.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align teams.
- Solid business acumen, with experience in identifying revenue opportunities and managing profit-center operations.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced international environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to drive transformation and adopt emerging technologies.
- Affinity for technology and process optimisation; experience in software development, business knowledge and innovation management is advantageous.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
- High level of integrity, sound judgment, and willingness to travel.
