Summary
Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support the Stationary Metrology Division, with a primary focus on the Service organization and other assigned business functions.
The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, partnering to develop and execute people strategies that enable business growth and organizational effectiveness. This role works closely with leaders to strengthen talent, build high-performing teams, improve employee engagement, and drive organizational change while fostering an inclusive, performance-driven culture.

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders by aligning people strategies with business objectives and operational priorities.
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives to build organizational capability.
• Coach and influence leaders on employee performance, leadership effectiveness, change management, and organizational development.
• Lead talent review and succession planning processes to identify, develop, and retain top talent.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, policy interpretation, and corrective action while ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop effective recruitment strategies and workforce plans that attract and retain top talent.
• Collaborate with Compensation and Total Rewards to support competitive compensation programs, promotions, organizational changes, and pay decisions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives by analyzing feedback, identifying trends, and implementing action plans that strengthen culture and improve the employee experience.
• Utilize workforce analytics and HR metrics to provide business insights, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
• Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including restructures, acquisitions, business transformations, and change management efforts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify HR processes and improve organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources Business Partner experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change, talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing HR data and workforce metrics to drive business decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and critical thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial technology, engineering, or field service organizations.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed or remote teams.
• Experience with SuccessFactors or similar Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
