We are growing and are looking for a Sales Representative Romania. In this role you will take ownership of our production software business in Romania, supporting existing customers, developing new opportunities and building strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, understands the manufacturing environment and wants to help grow an established business with further potential.

Job Responsibilities

As a member of the sales organization, you will work closely with internal teams and local stakeholders to drive the growth of Hexagon's production software business in Romania. Main responsibilities include:

  • Manage and grow the existing customer base in Romania while developing new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEM partners and other relevant stakeholders in the local market
  • Promote and sell Hexagon's production software portfolio, with focus on solutions for production machining and mold and die
  • Support local business activities including customer visits, trade shows, commercial follow-up and market development initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Finance, R&D and broader Sales to support customer needs and business objectives
  • Support compliance-related activities in cooperation with the relevant internal teams and help manage customer communication where needed

 

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in sales with at least 5-7 years of experience in a relevant environment
  • Experience in CAD/CAM is highly preferred
  • Background in the manufacturing industry or a related production environment is strongly valued
  • Ability to engage with customers in job shop or production settings and understand their business challenges
  • Experience managing customer relationships, maintaining existing business and developing new opportunities
  • Comfortable working independently in a role with broad responsibility across a national territory
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers, partners and internal stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset combined with a practical understanding of technical or production-related topics
  • Willingness to travel within Romania as required by the role
  • Fluency in Romanian and English is preferred for effective communication in the role
