About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to drive new business and grow existing accounts across southern Texas. This role focuses on selling CABINET VISION Software and ALPHACAM Software, industry-leading solutions for cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, and CNC machining operations.
The ideal candidate has experience in B2B software sales and understands manufacturing workflows, woodworking, cabinetry, or CNC environments. This is a remote position requiring residency in Texas and the ability to travel within the region as needed.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan targeting cabinet manufacturers, woodworking shops, millwork companies, and CNC machining operations
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations of CABINET VISION and ALPHACAM software
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with technical support and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and CRM documentation
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (software sales preferred)
- Experience selling into manufacturing, woodworking, cabinetry, or CNC industries strongly preferred
- CABINET VISION or ALPHACam software experience preferred
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software solutions is a plus
- Strong consultative selling and presentation skills
- Ability to manage a sales territory independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Willingness to travel within Texas (approximately 25–40%)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
