Job Description


The Technical Sales Consultant that will join our team are result-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth. Skilled in building and nurturing strategic client relationships to understand their unique business needs and provide tailored technology solutions. Excel at analyzing market trends, conducting needs assessments, and recommending innovative strategies to optimize customer success. Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and surpassing expectations through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

This hybrid position will be based in Paraná, Brazil.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand business with existing accounts, leading to a great increase in revenue year-over-year.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify sales opportunities in target industries, resulting in a relevant growth in market share.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess customer needs, design customized solutions, and present persuasive proposals to key stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, contract closure, and post-sales relationship management.
  • Proactively engage with customers post-implementation to ensure optimal solution adoption, customer satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • CRM experience and discipline are a must.
  • Successfully achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas, consistently ranking among the top performers in the region.
  • Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with key accounts, resulting in a strong increase in repeat business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to educate customers on the value and benefits of solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and drive lead generation initiatives.
  • Actively participate in trade shows and industry conferences to expand the network and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

 

  • Associate’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technical Metrology or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong sales knowledge understanding of the manufacturing industry, system integrators and related technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Professional English, capable of communicating across diverse teams.
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent customer service skills, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Experience in Salesforce or other CRM solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Works independently as well as in a team environment.
