The Product Manager - Stationary CMM is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of the Bridge, Vision, and Ultra High Accuracy products within Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence products - from introduction to retirement. This includes gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, defining product vision, and working closely with the Stationary CMM Product Line to deliver customer-focused solutions. The role also involves close collaboration with business development, sales, marketing, operations, applications, and service teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals. The Product Manager ensures all product and marketing efforts align with the company’s broader strategy and objectives.
This individual plays a key role in maximizing customer satisfaction and Hexagon's profitability through strategic development, management, and continuous improvement of the Stationary CMM business. A commitment to excellence is essential, along with leadership in market expertise, customer engagement, process improvement, and quality management.
We’re looking for a team player with strong project management skills. The role requires influence-based leadership, conflict resolution and strategic decision-making. Executive communication, negotiation, and business acumen are also important for this role.
This hybrid position is based in our São Paulo office, near the Santo Amaro region.

- Serve as the internal champion and spokesperson for the Stationary CMM Product Line across the division.
- Collaborate with the Product Line team to provide commercial and technical feedback, contributing to product improvement, positioning, and innovation.
- Partner with Product Managers, Business Development, Sales, and Commercial Operations to assess resource needs and identify actions for launching new products, entering new market segments, and expanding sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Commercial Operations to maintain effective product positioning and create compelling sales and marketing campaigns.
- Work with Service, Application, and Support teams to guide aftermarket strategies and improve product support and maintenance.
- Lead market and product trend research to drive organic growth.
- Define and communicate core positioning and messaging for the entire Product Line within Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence.
- Articulate the unique value proposition of each product to both internal stakeholders and customers.
- Develop sales tools, documentation, promotional materials, and impactful presentations to support the commercial team.
- Design and deliver training programs for sales, service, and support teams.
- Monitor competitive offerings and assess their strengths and weaknesses relative to our products.
- Analyze Product Line P&L data to recommend growth strategies or corrective actions.
- Support key account activities and critical customer engagements.
- Drive the continuous improvement of business processes related to the Stationary CMM Product Line.
- Lead initiatives focused on corrective and preventive actions and reducing liabilities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Support and implement our quality management initiatives as required.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technical Metrology, or a related field / equivalent education and experience.
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience and 7+ years in Metrology, with a solid understanding of product development, marketing, sales, service, research, and process alignment.
- 3-5 years of experience in Metrology Automation.
- 3-5 years of international business experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English, as this role will collaborate with our global teams.
- Spanish is a plus, given our operations across South America.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to create compelling presentations, business cases, and product documentation.
- Comfortable communicating professionally with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel 50%+ (primarily domestic, with some international travel as needed).
