Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence (HMI) division is seeking an Indirect Channel Manager for Indirect & OEM/SI Channel for its team in Brazil, based in São Paulo.

Job Responsibilities


The Indirect Channel Manager for Indirect & OEM/SI Channel will be key to initiate our Indirect Strategy in Brazil and South America, with a strong focus on opening, managing our partners and alliances and creating/ adapting the commercial policies. This person will have the responsibility to create our Indirect Business in Brazil for South America. 

This position will be based in our São Paulo office, near the Santo Amaro region. This is a Hybrid position.


What You'll Do

  • Adapt Commercial Policy and Rules of Engagement: Adjust our commercial policies and rules of engagement to meet local needs, ensuring they are aligned with regional market practices and demands.
  • Create an Engagement Program for Partners and Alliances: Develop and implement a robust engagement program for our partners and alliances, aiming to strengthen relationships and maximize collaboration.
  • Seek Strategic Partners: Identify and pursue partners within our geographic coverage strategy who can resell our products or identify new market opportunities.
  • Define Marketing Plans: Collaborate with our partners to define marketing plans that enhance our brand recognition and effectively promote our products.
  • Manage Partner Relationships: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring their needs are met and they are aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • Monitor Partner Performance: Track and evaluate partner performance, providing continuous feedback and support to ensure they meet their goals and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Training and Development: Organize and conduct training sessions for partners, ensuring they are well-informed about our products, policies, and best practices.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, adjusting the channel strategy as necessary.
  • Internal Coordination: Define and create rules to avoid conflicts between direct and indirect channels, ensuring harmonious and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure an integrated and effective approach to channel management.

Qualifications

 

  • Associate’s degree on Engineering or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience in managing commercial policies.
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, system integrators and related technologies.
  • Management skills in hiring people, feasibility calculations, and geographic mapping for team definition.
  • More than 5 years related experience in indirect sales/business development environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Fluent in English and capable of communicating across diverse teams.
  • Experience in creating, managing and securing guaranteeing the commercial policies.
  • Strong data analytics capacity – data driven.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent customer service skills, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Spanish can be a plus – desirable.
  • Experience in Salesforce or other CRM solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (less than 50%).
  • Works independently as well as in a team environment.
