What You'll Do
- During onboarding, you will collaborate with product engineering and QA teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of our technologies and their applications in real-world scenarios, before transitioning into a software development role.
- Engineering validation/QA verification of our software solutions.
- Write high-quality code, conduct code reviews, peer programming, and debugging to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Develop automated unit tests and validation tests to ensure software reliability and compliance with technical requirements.
- Extension of proof-of-concepts to full software implementations.
- Documentation of technical methods.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
What You'll Bring
- Entry level PhD in mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related discipline. Exceptional Master’s candidates with a strong academic record will also be considered.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, with a solid foundation in computational problem-solving.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles is advantageous.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies, including programming languages such as C# and C++.
- Knowledge of finite-element analysis, multi-body dynamics, or engineering simulation tools is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capability.
