As a Product Support Engineer, you'll become a global technical expert for this cutting-edge technology, working closely with customers, partners, sales teams and R&D to drive innovation and solve complex measurement challenges.

Job Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted expert for one of Hexagon's flagship metrology solutions
  • Deliver engaging technical training to colleagues, partners and customers around the world
  • Support exciting customer projects, demonstrations and benchmark measurements across a wide range of industries
  • Solve challenging technical issues as part of our global second-level support organisation
  • Collaborate with software partners to integrate Leica Laser Trackers into advanced manufacturing workflows
  • Create modern training materials, e-learning content and technical documentation
  • Test and validate new hardware and software features before release
  • Work closely with R&D teams and influence the future development of Leica Laser Tracker technology

Qualifications

You bring:

  • A degree in Engineering (Geomatics, Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or similar) or equivalent experience in industrial measurement technology
  • Curiosity for innovative technology and a passion for solving technical challenges
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence working with international teams and customers from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • A structured and organised approach to your work
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20%)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Spatial Analyzer, Inspire or PolyWorks
  • Experience developing training programmes or e-learning content
  • Familiarity with portable metrology solutions
