Summary
We are seeking a SuccessFactors Technical Expert to join our global HR Systems team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a unique opportunity to join at the start of the implementation and help shape the configuration, governance, and long-term usage of SuccessFactors across more than 40 countries. You will play a critical role in ensuring a scalable, compliant, and user-focused system that supports our global HR strategy. You will provide deep functional knowledge, partner cross-functionally with HR and IT, and lead configuration and optimisation initiatives across the SuccessFactors modules.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple countries.
- Own functional configuration and optimisation of Employee Central and integration center.
- Partner with HR, IT, external vendors, and regional stakeholders to deliver project milestones.
- Manage full lifecycle implementation activities including configuration, UAT testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Develop governance standards and best practices for global HRIS processes.
- Ensure system compliance with multi-country regulatory requirements.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives post-go-live.
- Provide advanced functional expertise and second-level support to global HR stakeholders.
- Influence decision-making by advising leadership on HR technology capabilities and limitations.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HRIS, HCM systems, or HR technology
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Advanced expertise in Employee Central and Integration Center
- Experience working in complex, multi-country environments
- Strong understanding of HR processes, integrations, and data structures
- Experience managing implementation activities end-to-end
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus
