Summary
Service Technician will be responsible for servicing, repair and installation of company products - stationary machines CMM. He / She will be home office based, travelling to client´s sites.
Job Responsibilities
- Client-site servicing, repair and installation of company products - stationary machines
- Technical activities including installation, repair, preventive maintenance and engineering change upgrades to be performed at client sites in Moravia and Slovakia
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues; prepare accurate and timely reports for direct manager
- Pre-sales and post-sales technical customer and maintenance support
Qualifications
- University or high school education in Electronics, Mechatronics, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven working experience in the service / enterprise technical support
- Experience with CMM or CNC machines is an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Czech
