About the Role
The Lead HR Business Partner serves as a strategic HR partner to Production Software leaders across the Americas, providing trusted counsel on people, organizational, and business priorities. This role partners closely with senior leaders to translate business strategy into effective people strategies and helps ensure the organization has the talent, structure, leadership capability, and culture needed to achieve its objectives.
The role operates across a broad and geographically distributed organization and balances strategic partnership with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will be comfortable challenging leaders, navigating complex employee and organizational issues, using data to inform decisions, and leading through change in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.

Qualifications
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders.
- Demonstrated experience operating as a strategic HR partner, with the ability to connect people decisions to business objectives.
- Strong experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Significant employee relations experience, including the ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations with sound judgment.
- Experience advising leaders in manufacturing, industrial, technology, software, or similarly complex environments.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to use HR data and analytics to identify trends, assess organizational needs, and support business decisions.
- Strong communication, facilitation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge leaders constructively, build trust, and influence decisions without relying on formal authority.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience with SuccessFactors or other HR information systems and workforce analytics tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting field-based sales, engineering, product, or other distributed organizations.
- Experience in advanced manufacturing, metrology, industrial technology, or software environments.
- Experience supporting organizations through significant growth, transformation, restructuring, or M&A activity.
- Experience working across multiple U.S. states and/or supporting employees in Canada or other countries within the Americas.
- HR certification such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent.
- Experience working within a global, highly matrixed organization.
