The field marketing manager will play a key supporting role in driving regional demand generation, campaign execution, and events for the Design & Engineering vertical in North America - one of our largest regions.

 

This individual will work closely with field sales, field business development and global product marketing to ensure that messaging, content, and campaigns land with impact locally. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive marketer who thrives in a cross-functional environment and knows how to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth through events, digital marketing, and regional amplification.

 

This is a remote role within the U.S. The position requires frequent computer use, virtual collaboration, and regular communication with colleagues and customers. Occasional travel to industry events or customer locations is expected (up to 20%). Employees must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and product marketing teams to align field campaigns with business priorities and lead generation targets that support revenue growth.
  • Coordinate execution for events, trade shows, and webinars, ensuring alignment with campaign messaging and timely follow-up.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage regional campaign execution, lead capture, and lead follow-up.
  • Monitor and report on campaign and event performance, capturing leads and maintaining accurate data in CRM systems.
  • Support the rollout of new product and solution launches by coordinating regional campaign activities, events, and communications in collaboration with communication managers.
  • Support the localization and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns including digital promotions, social media posts, webinars, and email programs.
  • Manage the development and execution of campaign assets including landing pages, nurture tracks, email workflows, paid and organic social media posts, and search advertising.
  • Collaborate with vendors and creative teams to manage production timelines, print materials, and promotional items for marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in budget planning, vendor selection, and resource allocation for regional marketing activities.

Education Qualification

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing and communications.
  • BBA/MBA from a top tier school preferred
  • Proven ability to develop, manage and execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing plans in support of organizational strategy
  • Ability to work on issue where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives, and ability to work and present complex data
  • Ability to plan and comply to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Desired

  • Demonstrated experience of creating and executing high quality, sales focused campaigns and events
  • Ability to analyze and strategize business requirements, processes, and team/customer problems
  • Field Marketing Execution with a channel ecosystem experience also a plus 
  • Experience within manufacturing and a B2B environment preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrated ability to handle complex challenges even under pressure
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, written and communication skills, and able to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audiences
  • Strong work ethic, proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Extremely motivated and a team player
  • Ready to travel 30-40% of the working days
