Job Responsibilities
- Process software orders and generate licenses with precision and timeliness.
- Support invoicing activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Prepare and maintain intercompany billing reports.
- Communicate effectively in English with European commercial entities to address license generation requests and resolve inquiries.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain detailed records of orders, licenses, and billing activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the team's overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably in order management, licensing, or billing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and basic reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
