Commercial Sales Administration Renewals Specialist (f/m/d)

Summary

As a Commercial Sales Administration (CSA) Renewals Specialist  you will support renewal activities across the North EMEA region, including the UK, a highly dynamic and demanding market. You will play a key part in maintaining business continuity by ensuring the renewal of contracts and supporting the commercial organization with system, process, and administrative expertise. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive and coordinate renewals of software maintenance, lease agreements, and hardware warranties.

  • Ensure contract data is accurate and aligned across systems, working closely with internal teams (Inside Sales, Renewals Sales, CRM support, Customer Management).

  • Collaborate with the technical team and support training efforts for new team members.

  • Act as part of a collaborative Northern EMEA coverage team, supporting colleagues and sharing responsibility for the region.

  • Participate in One MI initiatives and improvement projects related to processes and tools.

  • Contribute to data integrity, dashboard development, and system alignment (CRM, ERP).

  • Provide system-side support to ensure commercial operations run smoothly.

  • Work cross-functionally to deliver on team targets and provide proactive solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in administration, pricing operations, or IT systems support.

  • Strong understanding of contract structure, with a technical/commercial mindset.

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Excel (pivot tables included).

  • Fluent in English (Swedish, Italian, German, or French is a plus).

  • A proactive team player who enjoys challenges, solving problems, and working across systems.

  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills.
