Sales Support Specialist, Division Stationary Metrology

Description

The Specialists, Commercial Sales Support will be based in Monterrey Mexico and is responsible for supporting the Sales organization in North America. Primary responsibilities include support quoting, purchase order management, order entry, software licenses fulfillment, invoicing and customer onboarding. Must be proficient in English. The team will support customers throughout all North American time zones Monday through Friday, occasionally working weekends. 

Responsibilities:

• Use SFDC and CPQ support Sales with Quoting, Purchase Order review 

 Use various ERPs to enter sales orders, send invoices, transact credit & rebills

• Use various software licensing tools to create and manage software licenses

• Manage POs and Invoicing on Customer Portals • Support Customer onboarding

• Support Sales with forecasting by updating Opportunity records in SFDC

• Communicate delivery dates to customers by communicating with the factory on a regular basis.

• Address and document customer requests and issues, ensuring prompt response and resolution from the field and various departments

• Engage in follow up activities such as thank you letters, calls, and technical support issues.

• Participate in the development of tools and documentation to increase the efficiency of the sales process.

• Provides input, documentation & feedback to Commercial Operations Manager & Sales Engineers as required 

Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in English; ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Sales Administration role.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• SFDC, CPQ experience preferred. • LX, Navision, Business Central and Intacct ERP experience preferred.

• Ability to establish excellent working relationships with outside sales engineers, customers, management, and various internal departments. • Demonstrated efficiency to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
