Lead Management Specialist

About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who will own and optimize the entire lead management process—from first touch to conversion. This role is perfect for someone who loves digging into data, streamlining workflows, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure our sales and marketing engine runs at peak performance.

Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Capture and Management: Work cross-functionally to ensure the timely and accurate capture of all incoming leads in our lead management system (Salesforce.com), maintaining comprehensive records of lead interactions and details.
  • Lead Distribution: Collaborate with the sales team to distribute qualified leads efficiently, ensuring alignment with expertise, territories, and business priorities.
  • Lead Tracking and Optimization: Continuously monitor lead progression through the sales funnel, updating statuses, tracking interactions, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead performance metrics, such as lead volume, conversion rates, and speed-to-lead, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to streamline lead management, including enhancing lead capture, qualification, nurturing, and handoff processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong communication and alignment between sales and marketing teams to refine lead management strategies, ensuring a seamless buyer journey.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, lead management, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead management best practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Pardot).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
