Global Talent Acquisition Senior Sourcing & Recruitment Coordinator

Summary

Join the Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence as a Talent Acquisition Senior Sourcing & Recruitment Coordinator supporting global recruitment initiatives across multiple regions and functions. This role partners with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers and HR stakeholders to build talent pipelines, coordinate recruitment activities, deliver an excellent candidate experience and drive operational excellence through data, technology and continuous improvement. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with global Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver end-to-end recruitment coordination. 
  • Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and talent communities. 
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. 
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. 
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and requisitions within the applicant tracking system. 
  • Prepare recruitment metrics and dashboards including pipeline health, time-to-fill and sourcing effectiveness. 
  • Support recruitment marketing, employer branding and social media campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with HR, hiring managers and external vendors to ensure efficient hiring processes. 
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with local employment requirements and company policies. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, automation and candidate communications. 

Qualifications

    •    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline or equivalent experience. 
    •    Approximately 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination or talent sourcing in a global environment. 
    •    Experience supporting international recruitment across multiple functions and geographies. 
    •    Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. 
    •    Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office. 
    •    Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills. 
    •    Ability to prioritise multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. 
    •    Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage. 

Preferred 
    •    Experience supporting a global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence. 
    •    Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting. 
    •    Continuous improvement mindset with experience improving recruiting processes.
