Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for the portable services department, including task delegation and service work order management
- Ensure efficient and effective execution of operational processes aligned with company objectives
- Supervise, mentor, and support the development of engineering team members to drive engagement and performance
- Plan and coordinate departmental workflows to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction
- Champion Hexagon’s core values, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture
- Demonstrate flexibility and agility in adapting to shifting priorities or challenges
- Monitor KPIs, identify improvement areas, and provide regular updates to the Service Manager
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and professional resolution
- Promote the use of digital tools such as ServiceMax to enhance service efficiency and decision-making
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in service operations or team leadership, ideally in a technical or engineering setting
- Strong organizational and workflow management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a high-demand, customer-focused environment
- Confidence in handling customer interactions with professionalism and tact
- Familiarity with service management tools (e.g., ServiceMax) is a strong advantage
- A proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel around 20%
- Fluency in English
