Vice President, Americas Region – Production Software

Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking a Vice President for the Americas Region, within our Production Software business unit. This is a Remote position open to candidates based in the United States or Canada.

About the Role

The Vice President, Americas Region – Production Software, is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic and operational direction of Hexagon’s Production Software business across North and South America. This role provides direct leadership to country and regional managers, drives growth initiatives, oversees customer engagement strategies, and ensures the financial health of the business in the region.

Job Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the Americas Production Software business with full P&L accountability.
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share through effective leadership.
• Cultivate strong relationships with strategic customers and partners across key industries.
• Lead regional sales, marketing, service delivery, and operational teams.
• Monitor and respond to market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs.
• Report on regional performance and provide insights to global leadership.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, execution, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise software, preferably in manufacturing or CAD/CAM.
• Proven success managing regional or global P&L responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing trends and digital transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across the Americas.
• Prior experience working in a global, publicly traded company is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a remote position based in the United States or Canada.

• Home office environment with standard office equipment.
• Frequent use of video conferencing and digital collaboration tools.
• Occasional travel for internal and external meetings (~30%).
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Regularly operates a computer and other standard office equipment.
• Communicates frequently via phone, video, and email with stakeholders across global time zones.
