We are looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to join our team in Rhode Island (on-site with potential hybrid flexibility). In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing Operations team to manage databases, execute campaigns, maintain marketing workflows, and ensure our marketing technology stack runs efficiently. You'll gain hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, learn how to optimize marketing processes, and help support lead management activities that fuel our pipeline.
Job Responsibilities
As a member of the Marketing Operations team, you will work in collaboration with marketers across the Americas region to keep our marketing operations running smoothly. Main responsibilities include:
- Management and maintenance of marketing databases, including list uploads, data entry, and segmentation
- Support for marketing automation workflows and campaign execution across our MarTech stack
- Setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of basic workflows in platforms like Salesforce and marketing automation tools
- Documentation of processes and procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing
- Lead management support, including verification, enrichment, and proper routing through our systems
- Coordination of marketing initiatives across regions, tracking timelines and deliverables
- Assistance with event management, webinars, or campaign logistics
- Basic reporting and tracking of operational metrics and campaign performance
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new software platforms and marketing technology tools
- Interest in marketing operations and marketing technology
- Basic proficiency with Excel (sorting, filtering, pivot tables)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with ability to work independently with guidance
- Typically entering senior year or later preferred, but open to other years with the right skills and mindset
