We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who will own and optimize the entire lead management process—from first touch to conversion. Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Lead Capture and Management: Work cross-functionally to ensure the timely and accurate capture of all incoming leads in our lead management system (Salesforce.com), maintaining comprehensive records of lead interactions and details.
- Lead Distribution: Collaborate with the sales team to distribute qualified leads efficiently, ensuring alignment with expertise, territories, and business priorities.
- Lead Tracking and Optimization: Continuously monitor lead progression through the sales funnel, updating statuses, tracking interactions, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead performance metrics, such as lead volume, conversion rates, and speed-to-lead, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to streamline lead management, including enhancing lead capture, qualification, nurturing, and handoff processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong communication and alignment between sales and marketing teams to refine lead management strategies, ensuring a seamless buyer journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, lead management, sales operations, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead management best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Pardot).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
