Summary

We are looking for a self-confident and proactive Application Engineer to join our team in Poland. In this role, you will support pre- and post-sales activities focused on Hexagon's portable metrology solutions such as the Laser Tracker and Absolute Arm. The role includes extensive travel within Poland and occasionally to the Baltic states.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support for Hexagon’s portable metrology products (Laser Tracker, Absolute Arm, etc.).
• Conduct on-site applications support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team during pre-sales activities and customer visits.
• Program measurement routines and ensure timely delivery aligned with customer deadlines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Develop training materials and deliver customer training.
• Comply with safety and operational standards during field activities.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in quality control or metrology; motivated mechanical engineering graduates are also welcome.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills – confident and persuasive personality.
• Engineering background with the ability to read technical drawings and a good mathematical foundation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Poland and occasionally to Baltic states.
• Fluent in Polish and English
