This role will be a hybrid work environment...working 3 days in office and 2 days from home.

The Inside Sales Manager - Renewals will lead and oversee a team dedicated to maximizing customer retention by managing subscription and contract renewals for our products and services. This role focuses on building customer relationships, driving revenue through renewals, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the inside sales team focusing on contract and subscription renewals.
Develop strategies to maximize renewal rates and reduce customer churn.
Collaborate with customer success, technical support, and field sales teams to ensure a seamless renewal process.
Monitor renewal pipelines and forecast renewal revenue accurately.
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process.
Create and implement training programs for the team on negotiation and customer engagement.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine the renewal process.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in renewals or recurring revenue models.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
Familiarity with Hexagon’s product offerings or comparable technologies is a plus.
