Job Title: Head of Global Demand Generation
Job Purpose/Overview: The Head of Global Demand Generation leads Hexagon’s global campaign engine — building persona-, industry-, use case-, and buying-group–based programs that mirror the company’s shared global buyer journey from first touch through aftermarket and service offerings.
This is a strategic, matrixed leadership role for an AI-first marketer who connects creativity, data, and technology to measurable business results. The role partners daily with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing (Americas & EMEA), Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Paid Digital, and Corporate Marketing to turn strategy into pipeline growth.
Success is measured by pipeline creation and acceleration (sourced and influenced), campaign ROI, marketing’s contribution to revenue, and the acceleration of AI and MarTech adoption across global and regional teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the Campaigns, Content, and Social teams, driving global campaign strategy, creative execution, and measurable impact.
- Build and activate a global campaign framework organized by persona, industry, use case, and lifecycle stage.
- Develop multi-channel programs (digital, content, social, webinars, events) that generate and accelerate qualified pipeline.
- Partner with Product Marketing to turn complex product value into clear, persona-based stories that move buying groups.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Paid Digital to optimize data, targeting, automation, and spend efficiency.
- Align with Corporate Marketing to connect brand storytelling with tangible demand outcomes.
- Work through matrixed influence with Regional Marketing to align global strategy with local activation — ensuring collaboration throughout the buyer journey that leads to revenue.
- Integrate AI, automation, and predictive analytics through advanced tools such as 6sense, Jasper.ai, Drift, and People.ai to accelerate execution, personalization, and ROI.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years in B2B demand generation or integrated marketing within SaaS, industrial technology, or manufacturing software.
- Proven record developing global campaign programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Deep understanding of multi-persona buying groups and lifecycle marketing, including aftermarket and service.
- Hands-on expertise with advanced MarTech ecosystems (6sense, Jasper.ai, Drift, People.ai, etc.) and AI-enabled marketing.
- Experience leading through matrixed global organizations — strong cross-functional influence and alignment.
- Collaborative, data-driven leader with business acumen and a bias for action.
