Inside Sales Representative

Location: Irving, Texas, USA (Hybrid)
Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive customer retention, renewal revenue, and upsell growth within an assigned portfolio of accounts. This role serves as a key customer-facing position responsible for managing maintenance renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Service, and Operations teams while leveraging CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecasts, and account activity.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts
- Proactively engage customers to secure maintenance renewals and identify upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRM (Salesforce)
- Generate quotes, proposals, and pricing in alignment with company guidelines
- Meet or exceed quota and KPIs (call activity, revenue targets, opportunity creation)
- Build strong customer relationships to uncover additional product and service needs
- Process orders and ensure successful completion and delivery
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain strong knowledge of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence solutions
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or commercial support
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (BPCS, LX, or similar) is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
