About the Role
The Senior Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing inside sales team focused on driving revenue growth, customer retention, and expansion through subscription and cloud-based solutions. This role establishes disciplined sales processes, fosters a customer-centric culture, and partners cross-functionally to accelerate pipeline development and business performance.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop an inside sales team of 8-12 reps to exceed revenue and performance targets
- Establish and maintain a disciplined operating rhythm, including pipeline management and sales cadence
- Drive a customer-centric sales approach to improve renewal rates and long-term account value
- Partner with sales enablement and cross-functional teams to support upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Promote adoption of subscription and cloud-based solutions
- Collaborate with channel partners and field sales teams to drive aligned execution
- Conduct quarterly business planning and performance reviews
- Act as a liaison across functions to ensure strong collaboration
- Provide structured customer feedback to product and leadership teams
- Optimize sales processes using digital tools, automation, and AI
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of sales talent
- Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility with a high level of accuracy (~5% variance)
- Contribute to strategic planning and performance analysis
- Drive consistent overachievement of sales targets and quotas across the team
Qualifications
Must Have:
- 8+ years of experience in inside sales or B2B commercial sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Demonstrated experience in pipeline management and forecasting with a high level of accuracy (targeting ~5% variance)
- Strong ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and field sales teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SaaS or subscription-based selling
- Background in manufacturing or industrial technology
- Experience working with channel partners
- Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools
- Exposure to AI-driven sales tools
Work Environment
This is a remote role based in the United States. The work environment is primarily a home office setting with standard business equipment. Employees will frequently communicate with internal teams and customers and may occasionally travel for business needs.
