Position Overview

As a Technical Consultant, you’ll work with wood manufacturers across Canada — from small custom shops to large production facilities. Your job is to make sure their software setup reflects their real-world processes and positions them for success.

 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Leading new Cabinet Vision implementations
  • Providing remote and on-site training sessions
  • Analyzing client workflows and advising on best practices
  • Building or customizing User Created Standards (UCSs), reports, and configurations
  • Supporting client’s post-implementation as they grow into power users
  • Collaborating with the sales team during pre-sales scoping, demos, and onboarding planning
  • Understand the technical issues of the customers and propose adapted solutions

Qualifications

 (Knowledge, Experience, and Education)

 

  • Strong experience with Cabinet Vision and/or other CAD/CAM software and CNC machining processes.
  • Background in wood industry.
  • Confident communicator with experience in client-facing roles (sales support, demos, consulting, etc.).
  • Ability to present technical solutions in a clear, engaging manner.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Canada (up to 5 days per month)
