Position Overview
As a Technical Consultant, you’ll work with wood manufacturers across Canada — from small custom shops to large production facilities. Your job is to make sure their software setup reflects their real-world processes and positions them for success.
Job Responsibilities
- Leading new Cabinet Vision implementations
- Providing remote and on-site training sessions
- Analyzing client workflows and advising on best practices
- Building or customizing User Created Standards (UCSs), reports, and configurations
- Supporting client’s post-implementation as they grow into power users
- Collaborating with the sales team during pre-sales scoping, demos, and onboarding planning
- Understand the technical issues of the customers and propose adapted solutions

Qualifications
(Knowledge, Experience, and Education)
- Strong experience with Cabinet Vision and/or other CAD/CAM software and CNC machining processes.
- Background in wood industry.
- Confident communicator with experience in client-facing roles (sales support, demos, consulting, etc.).
- Ability to present technical solutions in a clear, engaging manner.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy.
- Willingness and ability to travel across Canada (up to 5 days per month)
