Summary
The Director Inside Sales CEMEA will lead a team of Inside Sales Account Managers with the mission to maximize revenue and unlock customer potential across Hexagon’s portfolio of hardware, software, and services. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction and growth through effective account management within a defined region and/or industry. Revenue responsibility covers the full One Metrology Intelligence portfolio, including Metrology, Production Software, Design & Engineering, and Volume Graphics solutions.
Job Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Inside Sales Account Managers, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and fostering a strong team culture.

Drive the team to exceed quotas and KPIs, ensuring operational excellence in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth.

Guide the team in customer collaboration, helping clients achieve business goals and ensuring high customer satisfaction and adoption of ONE MI solutions.

Provide coaching and advice in complex sales situations, supporting the use of effective sales tactics and methodologies.

Analyze and present customer success metrics, pipeline health, and forecast updates to senior management.

Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, partners, technical support, services, marketing) to drive customer expansion strategies.

Offer insight to internal stakeholders on business trends, customer needs, and product opportunities.

Ensure effective use of CRM tools, sales automation, and consistent sales processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in managing recurring revenue and forecasting trends.

Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach, Pipedrive).

Business-fluent in English and German, with strong communication and networking skills.

Strong leadership by example, fostering professionalism, operational excellence, and team culture.
