Summary
As the HR Business Partner for the Nordics, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Country Leader and business managers, driving strategic people initiatives while ensuring operational excellence. This role combines HR business partnering with hands-on HR operations for approximately 80-100 employees across the Nordics, mainly located in Sweden. You will lead cyclical HR processes, support organizational change, and ensure compliance with local regulations, while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with the Nordics Leadership and managers to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Lead & support cyclical HR processes: performance reviews, salary reviews, talent management, succession planning, and engagement surveys.
- Support talent calibration and leadership development discussions.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Act as first point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance on policies and local labor law compliance.
- Manage the relationship with the local Union, ensuring collaboration and negotiating on the MBL.
- Manage complex ER cases, ensuring compliance to the CBA.
- Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements and company policies.
Operational HR Support
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Maintain HRIS (SuccessFactors) data accuracy and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
- Prepare employment contracts, offers, and letters for employees in Sweden.
- Manage Timekeeping and ensure managers are compliant.
- Interface with payroll providers.
Change Management & Projects
- Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and workforce planning.
- Drive process improvements.
- Contribute to HR projects such as M&A integration and HR capability development.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Leadership, Talent Acquisition and The division HR team to deliver seamless HR support.
- Provide training and guidance to managers on HR processes and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally within Nordic countries.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong HRIS and Excel skills; experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Swedish.
