Enterprise Account Manager EMEA (Italy Aerospace & Defence Focus)

Summary

The Enterprise Account Manager will manage an established portfolio of accounts, focusing on elevating local relationships to an enterprise-level across the EMEA region. 
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between country operations, leveraging synergies across customer relationships and ensuring a cohesive strategy for growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand an existing portfolio of high-value aerospace and defence accounts.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to elevate local accounts to an enterprise-wide EMEA level.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact, supporting local operations while providing strategic oversight across multiple regions.
  • Strengthen existing structures and reinforce our approach to customer engagement across different EMEA subsidiaries.
  • Build relationships at all organizational levels, from middle management to C-suite executives, to drive new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, legal, and solution architects) on offers, quotations, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with an existing team of four professionals across France, Germany, and the UK to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Leverage successful local case studies to influence regional counterparts and showcase our capabilities.
  • Maintain a structured approach to team activities, ensuring strong connectivity across the region.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management, sales, or business development within aerospace, defence, automotive, or related manufacturing industries.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Understanding of manufacturing challenges and sector-specific technical contexts (engineering background required).
  • Strong skills in engaging with stakeholders from operational teams to executive leadership.
  • A self-starter who can navigate complex international business landscapes and create synergies across markets.
