Summary
We are looking for an energetic and results oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for managing and expanding the business generated from our installed customer base. This role is crucial for maximizing maintenance contract renewal rates, converting qualified leads (Inbound/Outbound), and actively supporting digital sales campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
- Independently manage the full sales cycle for maintenance/service contract renewals within the installed base, ensuring high retention rates and driving up-selling.
- Qualify and convert inbound leads (generated through web requests, chat, phone, etc.) into concrete sales opportunities.
- Conduct targeted outbound calling/emailing activities to promote new products, services, or upgrades to the installed base.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Field Sales teams to align strategies and objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success role, preferably in the Software industry.
- Proven experience managing the sales cycle for service/maintenance contract renewals.
- Familiarity with Digital Sales and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., email marketing, social selling) and the ability to leverage CRM data.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, for pipeline management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
