The Role

The Global Talent Acquisition Partner is a strategic recruiting professional responsible for delivering high-quality hiring outcomes across assigned business units. This role partners closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop effective recruitment strategies, ensure compliance, and provide market insights that enable data-driven hiring decisions.

Operating as a trusted advisor, the Talent Acquisition Partner independently manages the full recruitment lifecycle while contributing to broader talent acquisition initiatives, process optimisation, and workforce planning efforts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership roles across business unit locations including EMEA and some locations including APAC and Americas as needed.
  • Conduct intake meetings to define must-have and nice-to-have skills aligned to career path expectations.
  • Develop sourcing strategies leveraging direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referral programmes.
  • Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates with structured evaluation summaries.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategy, interview structure, and evaluation criteria.
  • Provide labour market insights, compensation benchmarking guidance, and talent availability data.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with EU labour laws and other jurisdictional  regulations.
  • Drive adherence to hiring SLAs and KPIs including time-to-fill and feedback timelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within SuccessFactors and related systems.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Multiple language proficiency preferred, specifically German. British English is the official language of Hexagon and English proficiency is required.
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Experience recruiting technical and professional roles in a global organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS systems, and structured interview methodologies. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruit preferred.
  • Understanding of EU labour regulations and hiring compliance requirements.
  • Ability to influence Hiring Managers and provide consultative guidance.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to interpret recruiting metrics.
  • Experience working in matrixed or global environments preferred.
