Training Lead Global - SAP S/4HANA (Senior Specialist)

Summary

The Training Lead Global SAP S/4HANA will own the end-to-end training strategy for Hexagon MI’s implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, as part of an internal ERP transformation initiative. This strategic and operational role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, the implementation partner, and internal project teams to drive user adoption and ensure long-term success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a global SAP S/4HANA training strategy tailored to stakeholder groups and regional nuances
  • Conduct training needs analysis in coordination with workstream leads and change management partners
  • Evaluate SAP standard learning content; determine and develop delta training where necessary
  • Implement a train-the-trainer model supported by Delaware; ensure consistency and scalability of content
  • Deploy training across multiple formats via Hexagon’s LMS
  • Track learning progress, training effectiveness, and knowledge retention through surveys, assessments, and feedback
  • Collaborate with regional coordinators to manage training schedules, logistics, and user engagement
  • Address compliance with local training laws and labor representation
  • Provide post-go-live training and support including for future hires during the ongoing rollout
  • Serve as a strategic partner in shaping global business processes and ERP change readiness

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Training Lead on large-scale global SAP S/4HANA implementation
  • Strong background in adult learning principles and blended learning design
  • Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, etc.)
  • Experience working with LMS platforms and tools such as SAP Enable Now, Articulate, or Captivate
  • Familiarity with change management in ERP programs; experience with international training delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to manage training content creation, deployment, and evaluation in a global setting
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, Business, or related field (advanced degree is a plus)
  • Experience with other cloud-based enterprise systems (Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft) is advantageous
