Summary

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded FP&A Manager EMEA to join our Finance organization and play a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, performance management and business partnering across the EMEA region.The role combines regional FP&A leadership with hands-on financial analysis. You will work closely with senior Finance and business leaders across EMEA, providing insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.You will lead a regional FP&A team through a combination of direct reports and dotted-line functional leadership, creating a consistent FP&A approach across countries and business units.

Job Responsibilities

• Regional FP&A Leadership
  Lead the EMEA FP&A function and establish consistent planning, forecasting and reporting standards across the region.
  Manage FP&A professionals through a combination of direct and dotted-line reporting relationships.
  Coordinate FP&A activities across multiple EMEA countries and business units.
  Partner closely with Finance Directors, Country Finance Leads and business leaders.
  Develop and continuously improve EMEA FP&A processes, tools and governance.
  Ensure alignment between regional FP&A activities and Global Finance.
• Planning & Forecasting
  Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning process for EMEA.
  Own regular forecasting and reforecasting cycles.
  Consolidate country and business-unit forecasts into a comprehensive EMEA view.
  Challenge assumptions and identify key risks and opportunities.
  Develop financial scenarios and sensitivity analyses.
  Translate operational plans into financial forecasts and targets.
• Financial Performance Management
  Own monthly EMEA performance analysis across revenue, gross margin, OPEX, headcount and profitability.
  Provide variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year.
  Identify performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
  Develop KPIs and management dashboards for senior leadership.
  Present financial performance and business insights to EMEA leadership.
  Drive fact-based performance discussions and follow-up actions.
• Business Partnering
  Act as a trusted Finance business partner to EMEA leadership.
  Partner with Sales, Operations, HR, Product, Services and other functions.
  Support strategic and commercial decisions through financial modelling.
  Evaluate investment cases, restructuring initiatives and headcount plans.
  Provide financial input into organizational and resource planning.
  Challenge business assumptions constructively.
• Team Leadership
  Directly manage FP&A team members and provide functional leadership to additional team members through dotted-line relationships.
  Set objectives, priorities and development plans.
  Coach and develop Finance talent across EMEA.
  Build a collaborative, commercially focused FP&A organization.
  Establish clear ownership and accountability across the regional FP&A network.
  Promote best-practice sharing across countries and business units.
• Reporting & Governance
  Ensure accurate and timely management reporting across EMEA.
  Improve standardization of financial reporting, planning and forecasting.
  Partner with Accounting, Controlling and other Finance functions.
  Ensure consistency between actuals, forecasts and management reporting.
  Support Finance transformation, systems and process-improvement initiatives.
• Strategic Projects such as:
  EMEA cost optimization and profitability programs
  Headcount and workforce planning
  Organizational restructuring and scenario modelling
  Revenue and margin improvement initiatives
  Business case development
  Finance transformation and automation
  FP&A systems and reporting improvements
  Development of standardized EMEA financial dashboards
  Ad-hoc analysis for EMEA and Global Finance leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, ControllingCommercial Finance or a similar Finance role.
• Proven experience working in an international, matrix organization.
• Experience managing Finance professionals, including direct and dotted-line teams.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting.
• Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders.
• Experience across multiple EMEA countries or regions is strongly preferred.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Excellent understanding of P&L and key business performance drivers.
