Join us as our Services Manager, overseeing the daily operations of Field Service and driving customer satisfaction across the Nordic market. You’ll lead a team of Field Service Technicians, Technical HW Support, and Service Coordinators, ensuring top-quality service delivery while developing your team’s skills and capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Service team delivering Installations, Maintenance, Calibration, Service Contracts, Repairs, and Spare Parts.
  • Mentor and coach your team, fostering professional growth and expertise.
  • Plan and optimize personnel scheduling and service requests.
  • Drive service business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously improve processes, routines, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with EMEA Service Managers and Nordic colleagues to enhance customer offerings and communication.
  • Oversee inventory and facility management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Report results and KPIs to management.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (BSc or MSc)
  • 3–5 years’ experience delivering services to industrial customers, including commercial responsibility
  • 3–5 years’ managerial experience
  • Experience in metrology and/or machine tool equipment is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP or Service systems is advantageous
  • Valid B driving license
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
