We are looking for a Service Technician – Portable Products (f/m/d) to join our growing team in Eskilstuna. In this role, you will provide world-class service, calibration, and technical support for our high-precision portable products measurement systems. You'll work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with customers in industries such as aerospace, defence, and automotive.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service and technical support for Hexagon’s portable hardware products, including calibration, repair, and maintenance of high-accuracy measuring equipment.
• Perform fault diagnosis down to module level and provide detailed diagnostic reports, ensuring minimal downtime and top-tier performance for customers.
• Maintain and update service activities in our ERP system efficiently.
• Follow Hexagon’s health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both you and your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Technical background: completed engineering training or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Technical experience with high-value capital equipment, including electronic and mechanical systems, is desirable, but not essential.
• Fluency in English and Swedish (C1 level or higher)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Eligibility to work in Sweden.
