We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Senior Expert Global Growth Marketing to own the end-to-end development and performance of global demand generation campaigns for our Stationary Metrology division.
This is a high-impact role responsible for building and scaling a repeatable, measurable demand generation engine that drives new business and expansion pipeline. Acting as the connective layer between global strategy and regional execution, this role ensures campaigns are both globally consistent and locally effective.
This role also operates as a centralized demand engine and internal consultancy, partnering with regions to co-develop campaign strategies, provide scalable frameworks, and enable high-quality execution across markets.
Job Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, planning, and execution of global demand generation campaigns aligned to the Stationary Metrology business objectives.
- Design and optimize integrated, full-funnel marketing programs that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact.
- Build and scale a repeatable global demand generation engine, including campaign frameworks, playbooks, and best practices.
- Act as a strategic partner to regional marketing teams, enabling successful local execution while maintaining global consistency.
- Partner closely with Sales and Business Leaders to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities and target accounts.
- Lead global paid media and demand generation channels, including LinkedIn, Google PPC, webinars, and content syndication.
- Establish performance measurement frameworks and monitor campaign effectiveness through pipeline, ROI, and conversion metrics.
- Drive continuous optimization through testing, data-driven insights, and experimentation with new channels and growth opportunities.
- Leverage AI-powered marketing tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency, scalability, and speed to market.
- Foster collaboration across global and regional teams to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and marketing excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- +6 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management within a global organization.
- Proven track record of developing and executing integrated demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth and measurable business results.
- Strong experience partnering with Sales and regional teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives and revenue targets.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media programs, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, content syndication, webinars, and other digital demand generation channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign performance data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global environment and influencing stakeholders across functions, regions, and leadership levels.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and campaign performance reporting tools.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered marketing tools and automation to improve efficiency and campaign effectiveness is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
