Job Responsibilities

• Use the Experience Centre to engage customers and partners, driving revenue growth.
• Develop personalized presentations and digital content aligned with industry trends.
• Promote the Centre internally, training teams to enhance customer journeys.
• Host events and tours for media, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
• Manage daily operations of the Centre, ensuring smooth, impactful experiences.
• Lead a team of students supporting the Centre’s activities.
• Build relationships with customers and partners, addressing their specific needs.
• Stay innovative, continuously improving digital content and Centre offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role, with expertise in innovation or technology industries.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, digitalization, or technology trends.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Creative, proactive, and adaptable with a strategic mindset.
