Summary
Person will achieve sales order targets for assigned products and services portfolio within the designated territory through direct selling to new and established Customers, implement business development initiatives, develop new customer accounts and strengthen relationships with existing customers with the purpose of creating and winning Sales Opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy towards achieving overall sales target for the assigned products and services portfolio within the designated territory.
- Plan and prioritise own activities to achieve sales targets (Customer visits, product demos, telesales, proposal and quote creation).
- Qualify and nurture Leads from Marketing, Events and Business Development teams, as well as own prospecting.
- Examine relevant manufacturing processes within Customers to identify opportunities for full Hexagon MI portfolio and promote its value to the customer.
- Support regional marketing plan, contribute and participate in marketing activities (events, campaigns, collateral creation).
- Engage with local business partners in collaboration with Partners Management team.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and Customers’ requirements to management in order to inform and influence company business strategies.
- Provide weekly updates on quarterly area sales forecast via Salesforce Opportunity management, with focus on forecast accuracy within 10% of final reported sales.
- Follow best practices of record-keeping in Salesforce in line with evolving guidance.
- Comply with Hexagon business practices, seeking appropriate approvals for commercial terms, discounts and evaluation licences offered to Customers.
- Participate in Onboarding Plan for new Customers to ensure their success with Hexagon products and timely contract renewal.
- Working in a matrix organisation, liaise across departments to ensure Customer success via prompt and accurate service, including order processing, licensing and technical support.
- Complete assigned training and seek opportunities for own professional development.
- Maintain good knowledge of Hexagon products and services, business models, licensing practices and Terms of Sale.
- Monitor own performance against KPIs, taking appropriate corrective action.

Qualifications
- Software: A self-motivated, target-driven individual with proven track record of exceeding sales objectives in technical B2B environment (manufacturing, mechanical engineering, CNC programming, CAD/CAM solutions).
- MET: A self-motivated, target-driven individual with proven track record of exceeding sales targets in technical B2B consultative and capital equipment sales (manufacturing, mechanical engineering, quality inspection).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability to understand technical challenges and stakeholder needs.
- Numerate and commercially astute, able to build proposals and cost justifications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (online, in-person and events).
- Superb interpersonal, collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Confident user of standard Microsoft Office applications with CRM user experience.
- Full clean driving license.
- Availability to travel up to 70% of time.
