Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence – Stationary Metrology Division
Location: Monterrey, Mexico (Hybrid)
The Coordinadora de Servicios y Apps is responsible for coordinating technical service activities and application support across customer accounts and internal teams. This role ensures service requests, application demonstrations, and follow-ups are executed efficiently and with high quality.
This position acts as a key liaison between customers, service engineers, application specialists, and sales teams—ensuring alignment, operational efficiency, and a strong customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
Service & Application Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule technical service visits and application support activities
- Manage and follow up on service and application requests to ensure timely execution
- Support demo coordination, including logistics, scheduling, and customer communication
- Maintain accurate records of service activities in CRM and service systems
Customer Support & Communication
- Act as a primary point of contact for service and application-related inquiries
- Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with customers
- Support customer onboarding and application-related guidance
- Escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare service reports, documentation, and internal records
- Monitor service KPIs and support monthly reporting activities
- Ensure data accuracy across CRM and ERP systems
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with service engineers, application specialists, and sales teams
- Support alignment between commercial and technical teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service coordination processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in service coordination, customer service, or technical support roles
- Experience supporting field service, applications, or technical teams preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in metrology, manufacturing, or industrial technology
- Familiarity with Hexagon products or services
- Knowledge of service logistics, calibration, or technical demos
- Exposure to international or cross-regional teams
- Basic understanding of measurement systems or technical drawings
Project management or continuous improvement training (Lean, Scrum, etc.)
